Posted: 03 Dec 2017 09:15 AM PST

Below are some of the biggest stories published by the Left on Sunday.  But before you glance at them, DML News provides a link to a story worth reading: US and South Korea preparing for possible war with N. Korea, and HR McMaster says Trump will take care of it…. READ MORE

1.  CNN pushes nonsense narrative from Dem Senator Warner who questions why Trump didn’t act sooner on Flynn…. “The top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee rebutted President Donald Trump on Sunday, questioning his response to former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s guilty plea and backing former FBI Director James Comey.”  READ MORE

2. AP slams Trump for slamming his “own FBI”… “President Donald Trump launched a fresh attack Sunday on the credibility of his own FBI in a series of Tweets.” READ MORE

3.  NY Times tries to make case against Flynn and Trump…  The headline in the Times reads: “Emails Dispute White House Claims That Flynn Acted Independently on Russia.”

The article begins…
“When President Trump fired his national security adviser, Michael T. Flynn, in February, White House officials portrayed him as a renegade who had acted independently in his discussions with a Russian official during the presidential transition and then lied to his colleagues about the interactions.

But emails among top transition officials, provided or described to The New York Times, suggest that Mr. Flynn was far from a rogue actor. In fact, the emails, coupled with interviews and court documents filed on Friday, showed that Mr. Flynn was in close touch with other senior members of the Trump transition team both before and after he spoke with the Russian ambassador, Sergey I. Kislyak, about American sanctions against Russia.”  READ MORE

DML: I Respond to 10 Interesting Emails You Sent Me, plus photos

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 08:23 AM PST

Each day I receive a high volume of messages from our readers and viewers.  Today, I respond to 10 of them plus post a few of your photos.

To send me a photo, please use the WeTrustDML@gmail.com address.  To send me a message, use the submit news page on either of our websites (DMLNews or DennisMichaelLynch).

DML, I admire the president’s ability to fight the media and I admire his passion for winning.  I wish he would be smarter and better in his communications because it would help his cause.  I also think there is no doubt that either he or his staffers follow you closely.   It is remarkable how he always repeats some of the things you say when nobody else is saying the same thing.  His tweet about lawsuits against ABC News this morning is exactly what you said Saturday.  He does this repeatedly with you after your letters are written to him or statements are made on your show.  You created Diamond and Silk and brought Harlan Hill into the spotlight.  Both are now important people within his circle.  Why doesn’t he recognize you with a tweet or retweet or a position in his White House.  I don’t understand it.  I hope you answer me.  Please know my question is not an insult.  If anything it makes me very upset how you are ignored.  It makes me think less of him.

DML: I am in the middle of writing a book called ‘Fighting For Trump.’  It will not be complete until 2018 — and I will release it before the summer and midterms.  I will wait for the book to come out to fully reveal the answer to your very observant comments.  Be prepared, you may not like the answer, although it won’t hurt DT.  I want and need him to succeed.

I will offer this much until the book releases… I have remained SILENT about this for a very long time.  I will also tell you that he first learned of me as a result of my frequent appearances on Fox and Friends a few years back.   From what I have learned, the same reason why I don’t get kudos from Trump is the same reason why my appearances on Fox originally stopped.  Now-a-days, I could care less to be on Fox and would say no to an invite unless I thought it helped my viewers, Trump, or the agenda.

News is playing out like a James Patterson novel.  It’s page turning!  Glad to see things coming out of darkness!

DML: It’s a bit scary if you ask me.

I have a snip it photo of my FB pages and people I follow and even though I have you marked following, liked, and notify, you are not in my list of people, or pages I follow. I follow you at Dennis Michael Lynch and Fighting for Trump but neither page show in the pages I follow list. And it is not just you. I follow Lance Wallnau, President Donald J. Trump, Judge Jeanine Pirro and none of these show up as pages I follow either. Wonder why?

DML: Because Facebook sucks.  That’s why. All the more reason to get the DML APP.

I was hoping you would talk about the recent interview Pamela Anderson gave to Megyn Kelly.
I read on BREITBART that Anderson received a lot of backlash over her comments. "You know what you're getting into if you're going into a hotel room alone."
I thought it was a very good interview and have to say that I for one agree 1000% with Anderson. I agree you have to have some level of common sense and not be so naïve that you put yourself in awkward or dangerous situations. Anderson says she learned after one experience to never put herself in those situations again.

I hear stories from a gorgeous girlfriend who tells me how, in her lifetime, she's been a victim, molested, raped, sexually assaulted on three different occasions, and almost 'date raped'. I think to myself, how does this keep happening to her? As for me, I have never been raped. Thank God!. I can't say I have never found myself in a questionable situation where I had to make a choice, and this is where listening to your gut and having some common sense makes the difference in your life experiences.

I believe some women rely on and use their sexuality to open all types of doors and perhaps not always does it have the outcome they planned for.
I hear the stories from girlfriends who are proud to share how they showed their cleavage and flirted just to get out of getting a traffic ticket. But that's ok?
Me…I'm like Judge Jeanine. I broke the law, Take the ticket. And accept the punishment.

Here's the clip in case you have not seen it…
Pamela Anderson Opens Up About Her Trauma As A Victim Of Childhood Sexual Abuse | Megyn Kelly TODAY

I think Anderson is on point with her comments.
Would like to hear your thoughts on this.
Thank you, Andrea

DML:  As the father of two girls, I do not see any situation where a man should deem a short dress, a haircut, or tight clothing as a invitation to “come on strong.”  I don’t care if a woman walks down the street naked, no person is entitled to touch her.   If a woman decides to go into a hotel room with a man who she does not intend to have sex with, then she should be able to exit that hotel room without being touched.  If she enters the hotel room to have sex, then the man should treat her like a lady before, during, and after that sex occurs.  As for Pamela Anderson, I recall her voluntarily having sex on camera with her husband Tommy Lee.  Oral sex, and sex of all kinds revealed for everyone in the world to watch.  Call me old school, but I am not interested in what she has to say.

DML, I am addicted to you're news. You're honest views, information, and heartfelt delivery have become my solis each day.  Thank you for all you and your family do. It is obvious Obummer has been following the Presidents travels around the world and undermining the agenda, and keeps indicating this is temporary change.  Why is there no enforcement on SEDITION laws to STOP this man!!  Talk about ego, this man won't let go!

DML: I am not lawyer, nor do I play one on TV.  I cannot answer your question, but I will agree that Obama’s ego is driving part of his decision to shadow Trump.  I wrote about this Sunday morning.

I took your poll today and voted YES that Facebook and Zuckerberg must rid of ABC NEWS from the FACT CHECKING LIST.  Keep up the great work.  You report on stuff nobody else does and you are often the first to point out the hidden gems.  This house loves DML!!!!!!!!!

DML: Thanks

I just want to say I love my Team DML blanket. I want to send you a photo but don’t know how from my phone.

DML:  We appreciate you picking up the blanket as it helps us advance what we are doing here at DML News.  If people can support us through the purchase of a Team DML blanket, please click here.  As for sending us a photo.  If you have an iPhone.  Click on your photo and then send it to WeTrustDML@gmail.com

Earlier this week during one of your programs you said we would be going to war with North Korea.  I was hoping you were wrong at the time but it appears you will be correct.  If you had the controls how would you deal with North Korea?

DML:  There is only one way to deal with them.  Extreme force at a speed the world has never seen.  Imagine Shock and Awe on steroids.  Anything less will result in North Korea taking out Seoul.

OMG Dennis, I was listening to your walk and talk from yesterday as I'm driving to Maryland this morning. Good thing there wasn't much traffic on the road because I was cracking up laughing at your antics jumping in the leaves, and then when you met with your haircutter. I admit I had to glance down at my phone to see you jumping in the leaves. Your face when they were talking about ducks was priceless. I hope when you are president you will still do walk and talks around the White House complex. President Trump is paving the way for you to be real so don't hold back — go jump in the leaves. I can just see the Democrats having a major meltdown if you jump in the leaves at the White House. They will be looking to have you impeached for being unstable. By the way DML, I really appreciate your insight and your ability to see things long term. I believe you are correct, if President Trump proves amnesty for Dreamers, Republicans won't come out to vote. Please excuse the typos or improper grammar as this is voice text I'm still driving. Have a great Day.

DML: I cleaned up your message some for you ;-), but don’t tell anyone.  As for the White House leaf experience, it’s a promise — I don’t break my promises.  Now drive safely.  Here is link to Walk & Talk from Saturday.

You are sounding more and more like a New York Liberal. I have followed you for a long time, but after watching your latest wall and talk, I am wondering if you are now leaning liberal. Your discussion about property tax really bugs me as I live in Texas and do not appreciate paying more federal taxes than people in New York just because they need the deduction to offset their federal taxes. New York and other high property tax states need to deduce their welfare spending. I also really believe reducing the corporate tax rate will increase our GDP to over 4 percent and that will take care of the short fall from the corporate tax rate deduction. You sound more and more like the liberal democratic members of congress. Come on have faith in our US Corporations to do the right thing with their increased revenue.

DML: You lost me at hello.

US fighter jets arrive in South Korea to prepare for potential war with North Korea

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 07:15 AM PST

The possibility of the US going to war with North Korea appears to be more real Sunday as tensions escalate.

According to numerous reports, US stealth fighters moved into the region and official sources from both North Korea and the US said the chances of war are growing.

On Saturday, a statement from its Foreign Ministry said US President Donald Trump is “begging for a nuclear war” through what it called an “extremely dangerous nuclear gamble on the Korean Peninsula”;
A day later, a commentary from Pyongyang’s Rodong Sinmun newspaper, carried by the official Korean Central News Agency, said US-South Korea joint air exercises scheduled for Monday to Friday are a “dangerous provocation” pushing the region “to the brink of a nuclear war.”

Meanwhile, on Saturday White House national security adviser HR McMaster said the chances for war with North Korea grow daily. “I think it’s increasing every day, which means that we are in a race, really, we are in a race to be able to solve this problem,” McMaster told an audience at the Reagan National Defense Forum in Simi Valley.

South Korean media showed six US Air Force F-22 Raptors, Washington’s top-of-the-line stealth fighters, arriving in South Korea on Saturday to participate in the Vigilant Ace 18 air combat exercise, an annual US-South Korea drill the US Air Force says is designed to boost the “combat effectiveness” of the alliance.

Some 230 aircraft and 12,000 personnel from the US and South Korea are participating in the weeklong exercise, according to a US Air Force statement.

Last week , North Korea launched a ICBM test which demonstrated the country’s ability to launch a weapon strong enough to reach the US.

McMaster appeared on Fox News Sunday to address the issue of North Korea.  He told anchor Chris Wallace, "I will only tell you that we will take care of it."

How exactly would the president "take care of it" given China and Russia's complicity in propping up the regime, Wallace asked.

"Well, the president’s going to take care of it by, if we have to, doing more ourselves," McMaster said. "But what we want to do is convince others it is in their interest to do more.

"China, as you know, has taken some unprecedented actions.  And what we’re asking China to do is, not do us or anybody else a favor, but to act in China’s interest.

"There’s a real grave danger to China, to Russia, to all nations, by — you know, from a North Korea that’s armed with nuclear weapons. And of course, you have that direct threat, but you also have the threat of — the potential of Japan, South Korea, others, arming themselves, possibly even with nuclear weapons. That is not in China’s interest; it’s not in Russia’s interest.

"And so, what the president’s saying is, we all need to take care of it. If necessary, the president and the United States will have to take care of it, because he has said he’s not going to allow this murderous, rogue regime to threaten the United States with the most destructive weapons on the planet."

Man who dressed up as old lady gets 80-years in prison for attempted murder

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 06:55 AM PST

According to Fox59 out of Indianapolis, a man in his 50s who dressed up as an elderly woman so he could disguise himself when attacking his ex-girlfriend and her brother, will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Michael Love was convicted on two counts of attempted murder Friday after wearing a mask, wig and dress before shooting the two victims while they and some children were getting into a vehicle earlier this year.  The judge sentenced him to 80-years in prison.

Love struck his ex-girlfriend multiple times, and shot the brother once in the face. Both victims survived, and the children were not injured, according to Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry, the station reported.

Prior to the attack, a judge had ordered Love to stay away from the woman.  Thus, why he dressed in disguise to carry out the attempted murder.

POLL: Should Facebook remove ABC News from its list of fact-checking partners?

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 06:45 AM PST

On Friday, ABC News sent the stock market into a free fall after it published fake news about General Flynn and President Trump.

The report stated that Trump had instructed Flynn to contact the Russians prior to the 2016 election.  Thus, the market panicked thinking Trump would be in trouble with Special Council Robert Mueller.

The market dropped 350 points on the heels of the ABC News report, thus, causing investors to lose money.

Hours later it was learned that the story was false.  However, ABC News did not retract its statement until two hours after the market closed Friday.

ABC News is listed as one of the companies used by Facebook to fact-check stories posted by news organizations like as DML News.

Do you think Facebook should remove ABC News from its list of “fact-checking” partners?   Please respond to our poll and share.

Pontiac Silverdome implosion fails to take down iconic arena (video)

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 06:32 AM PST

The Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan, which once served as the home field for the Detroit Lions, was supposed to be blasted to rubble Sunday morning.  But as shown in the video below, things didn’t work out so well.

Officials were supposed to conduct a partial implosion of the arena at 8:30 a.m. local time, with a blast originally set to break the metal beams supporting the upper ring of the dome and causing the structure to fall to the ground.

But after some blasts went off and a plume of smoke enveloped the stadium remained standing. Reportedly, the implosion failed to break the metal beams.

City officials told FOX 2 they aren’t sure if they will try again on Sunday to set off the remaining charges.

The demolition of the stadium is expected to involve crews using hydraulic excavators to take care of the rest of the structure in sections.

A total of 1,800 tons of rebar and 1,700 tons of structural steel are expected to be recycled at a city plant and take about a year to complete.

Obama blasts Trump in Paris over climate agreement (video)

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 06:14 AM PST

Instead of just raking in the money by writing books and giving speeches about his time in office, Former President Barack Obama goes to great lengths to slam on President Trump.

Typically, a president will serve their time and then step back and make way for the next leader.   Clinton took a backseat for Bush.  And Bush took a backseat for Obama.  But Obama doesn’t like the backseat.  He disrespects Trump at every turn.

Part of it is because Obama loves the spotlight.  But make no mistake, it goes deeper than his desire for attention.  In addition to catering to his own ego, Obama lashes out at Trump because he sees the president removing his legacy brick by brick.

Obama was in Paris Saturday.  During a speech he hammered away on “the lack of U.S. leadership in the fight against climate change,” and the huge mistake Trump made by pulling out of the Paris climate accord.

According to Reuters, Obama was speaking at an invitation-only event organized by a network of communications professionals known as the Napoleons.   The news agency claims Obama did not mention President Donald Trump by name, but the entire world knows it is Trump who withdrew the US from Obama’s Paris accord.

"I grant you that at the moment we have a temporary absence of American leadership on the issue," Obama said, to laughter in the audience packed with French CEOs and former ministers.

According to Reuters, earlier in the day, Obama had lunch with President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee palace – although the French presidency told Reuters that was in a "private capacity" and did not publicize the event with the usual tweet or official photo.

Obama also met former French president Francois Hollande, who hosted the UN's climate conference two years ago, and Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo.

Obama is traveling the globe meeting with current leaders because he can’t let go, and because he wants them to help save his legacy.  That’s my opinion, anyway.

Trump pulled out of the climate agreement mainly because he said it was a jobs killer, and because there wasn’t enough information presented to make a valid argument for the US to show continued support.  He also said he was open to revisiting the deal at a later time.   The Reuters article failed to mention these parts.

Trump’s new tweet confirms what DML said on W&T about ABC News

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 05:50 AM PST

Written by DML
For those of you who wonder if my messages ever fall into the correct hands, consider this…

On Saturday evening during my impromptu Walk & Talk, I mentioned something that was overlooked in the news both Friday and Saturday concerning the fake story reported by ABC News Friday morning.

I explained that ABC News put out fake news that General Flynn had taken instructions from Trump to communicate with the Russians prior to Election Day 2016.   The report from ABC News was picked up by most of the major outlets and it caused a media frenzy.  It also caused the stock market to drop 350 points.

The story was a complete lie.  Trump did not tell Flynn to communicate with the Russians prior to the election.

The report was known to be false before the close of the stock market Friday afternoon, but ABC News did not retract their statement until AFTER the market closed.

I provided a possible explanation last night as to why this was the case.

“If you’re a lawyer at ABC News, you instruct not to put out the retraction during the trading day because if the market rallies on the retraction it proves that the market tanked on the fake news.  Thus, you open yourself to all sorts of lawsuits from the endless ocean of people and organizations who lost money on the 350 point dip.”  (See my video below which starts with the full explanation.)

President Trump tweeted out the following message Sunday morning, two days after the market dropped on the fake news: “People who lost money when the Stock Market went down 350 points based on the False and Dishonest reporting of Brian Ross of News (he has been suspended), should consider hiring a lawyer and suing ABC for the damages this bad reporting has caused – many millions of dollars!”

Trump goes on Twitter frenzy Sunday morning

Posted: 03 Dec 2017 05:10 AM PST

President Trump tweeted and retweeted a large collection of messages Sunday morning.

In his first message the president addressed the biggest story in DC right now, which is the Russian probe and what will happen next now that General Flynn has admitted to lying to the FBI about his communications with the Russians.

The president’s first tweet states: “I never asked Comey to stop investigating Flynn. Just more Fake News covering another Comey lie!”

The president then shifted gears to the economy.  He retweeted a Wall St. Journal article posted by his press secretary.   Sarah Sanders wrote: “The Trump effect: "The U.S. economy is running at its full potential for the first time in a decade" -WSJ”

In his next retweet, Trump shared the words of NJ Governor Chris Christie who originally tweeted a message about the president doing more for the drug crisis than any other president.  has done more to combat the addiction crisis than any other President.”

Trump then returned to the Russia probe by retweeting the story about Special Council Mueller firing a member of this team over an anti-Trump tweet.  The message retweeted by Trump came in from a Paul Sperry, who wrote: “BREAKING: top FBI investigator for Mueller–PETER STRZOK–busted sending political text messages bashing Trump & praising Hillary during the 2016 campaign. STRZOK actually LED the Hillary email probe & recommended clearing her; then was tapped to SUPERVISE the Trump Russia probe!”

To understand more about that story referred to by Sperry, click here.

Trump then retweeted a retweet made by Sperry that originally stemmed from the account of Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch.  It reads: “Maybe now the media will pay attention to the scandal, uncovered by , engulfing Andrew McCabe, the #2 official at the ? needs to clean house at FBI/DOJ.”

Sperry added his own two cents: “Wray needs to clean house. Now we know the politicization even worse than McCabe’s ties to McAuliffe/Clinton. It also infected his top investigator PETER STRZOK, who sent texts bashing Trump & praising Hillary during campaign. Strzok led Hillary probe & supervised Trump probe!”

Trump then moved to the next topic discussed heavily this week: Kate Steinle.  Trump wrote: “Such a total miscarriage of Justice in San Francisco!”  He then retweeted a message put out by former Secret Service agent, Don Bongino.
“1) Enter country illegally
2) Fire a stolen Sig Sauer handgun into a group of people
3) Sever the aorta of a young woman & kill her
4) Throw gun in SF Bay
5) Get caught on video fleeing scene
6) Watch a SF jury acquit you of the serious charges in a mockery of justice ”

Trump then went back to the story about the FBI agent who was fired by Mueller.  He tweeted: “Tainted (no, very dishonest?) FBI "agent's role in Clinton probe under review." Led Clinton Email probe. Clinton money going to wife of another FBI agent in charge.”

Last but not least, at 8am Trump put out another tweet.  “After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters – worst in History! But fear not, we will bring it back to greatness.”

Group of illegal alien teens charged in multiple FL murders (videos)

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 07:27 PM PST

A 20-year-old man and five teens have all been arrested for a recent string of robberies and murders in the West Palm Beach, Florida area – all a part of the murderous MS-13 gang that has invaded the area in recent years.

On Nov. 18, MS-13 gang member Victor Fuentes, 20, was arrested and faces first-degree murder charges for two killings on Oct. 30 and Nov. 5.  He is also facing attempted murder charges for taking a machete to a teenager’s arm in August 2016.

According to the Palm Beach Post, the recent string of attacks started in the Lake Worth community on Oct. 29, when a man walking home was attacked and robbed by six men, who pulled up in an SUV next to him, got out, robbed him, shot him in the back and fled. The man was rushed to the hospital, but did not die.

However, the next day, on Oct. 30, a man was shot to death in front of his home, and again on Nov. 5, another man was robbed and killed.

Friday, the five teens, who were Fuentes’ accomplices, were also booked into the Palm Beach County Jail, with each facing first-degree murder charges. The judge ordered them to be held without bond, and they are being charged as adults, in connection with the two murders and several armed robberies.

WPTV News reported that the MS-13 teens are all from El Salvador and Honduras, and are illegal aliens. They were identified as Edwin Manzanarez, 17, Victor Hernandez Castro, 17, Henry Joel Cardoza, 16, Natividad Omar Umansor, 17, and Jorge Santos Cruz, 17.

Their victims also were reported to be Hispanic men who were in the U.S. illegally. Authorities said they believe the suspects were specifically targeting other illegal aliens, as they believe their illegal alien families would be afraid to report the crimes.

The West Palm Beach Post stated that MS-13 gang members often target illegal alien landscaping or farm workers who are paid in cash.

The next court date for the five teenage MS-13 gang members was not yet determined, but sheriff officials said they all face deportation.

Trump Tweets: Slams ‘rigged system,’ compares Flynn case to Hillary

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 06:30 PM PST

President Trump blasted out two posts on Twitter Saturday evening, calling out the ‘rigged system, or double standard’ that has destroyed Gen. Flynn, but let Hillary Clinton off the hook.

He noted the irony that Michael Flynn, who served as Trump’s national security adviser for the first three weeks of his presidency, is in trouble for lying once to the FBI, but said Hillary has lied many times and nothing happens to her.

Trump also called out the Department of Justice for doing nothing about Clinton, despite her 33,000 deleted and “acid washed” emails.

“So General Flynn lies to the FBI and his life is destroyed, while Crooked Hillary Clinton, on that now famous FBI holiday "interrogation" with no swearing in and no recording, lies many times…and nothing happens to her? Rigged system, or just a double standard?”

“Many people in our Country are asking what the "Justice" Department is going to do about the fact that totally Crooked Hillary, AFTER receiving a subpoena from the United States Congress, deleted and "acid washed" 33,000 Emails? No justice!”

Man finds diner employee asleep and takes surprising action

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 06:02 PM PST

A South Carolina man made his own meal at a Waffle House, after finding the cook taking a nap. Alex Bowden admits to being “slightly” drunk when he went to the establishment on Thursday morning, according to WISTV.

With the establishment void of customers and no employee in sight, Bowden waited for 10 minutes at the register, then took a look around.

“I walked back outside to look for employees. No one in sight,” Bowden said. “Walked back in and waited a few more minutes and then it was go time.”

Bowen said the employee was sleeping in a corner booth, so he, “got hot on the grill with a double Texas bacon cheesesteak melt with extra pickles.”

Bowen said when he was done, he “cleaned the grill, collected my ill-gotten sandwich and rolled on out.”

He posted photos of his shenanigans to Facebook (see below), and gave “all the credit to my old friend vodka.”

“I wouldn’t normally have done that,” Bowden said.

Upon returning to the Waffle House that afternoon, Bowden reports that one of the employees told him the store wasn’t happy about the incident. Bowden reportedly gave the employee $5.

According to WISTV, a the sleeping employee was suspended for a week, a Waffle House spokesperson said.  A statement from Waffle House said:

Our local Division Manager has spoken to Alex and apologized. For safety reasons, our customers should never have to go behind the counter. Rather they should get a quality experience delivered by friendly associates. We are reviewing this incident and will take appropriate disciplinary action.

In a related note, obviously Alex has some cooking skills, and we'd like to talk to him about a job since we may have something for him.

Shocking video shows sheriff’s deputy shooting ex-girlfriend (VIDEOS)

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 05:28 PM PST

A Florida sheriff's deputy was caught in a shocking video, shooting his ex-girlfriend before turning the gun on himself.

The footage was caught by a surveillance camera on October and released on Friday. It shows Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputy Michael DeMarco approaching his ex-girlfriend Yuly Solano with a gun, in an incident which occurred on Oct. 12, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Solano is seen walking her dog through the Inlet Harbor Club condominium complex. DeMarco was in his unmarked police vehicle before he approached her, and the pair walk together before disappearing from the camera’s vantage.

A moment later, Solano can be seen backing back into the camera’s view again, hands covering her mouth as DeMarco points a gun toward at her.

The police ended the version they released to the public at that point, but they say the full, unedited version shows the shooting.

"You treat me worse than a dog," DeMarco reportedly told Solano, then he shot her once in the arm and twice in her chest. He turned the gun on himself at that point, killing himself with a shot to the head.

Solano survived, and told officials that she split with DeMarco a few weeks before the incident "because he was being racist and very possessive of her." The two dated for seven months.

Solano told officials she was planning on filing a complaint about DeMarco to the condo board, but had not done so before the shooting incident.

According to the Palm Beach Post, DeMarco and Solano were in a legal dispute over furniture he bought, but which Solano believed to have been a gift.

Solono said DeMarco had been harassing her, constantly calling her cellphone and sending e-mails.

Solano's lawyers say they may sue the sheriff's office as it failed either to care for or supervise DeMarco.

The edited video may be viewed below. WARNING: Video may not be appropriate for everyone.

UPDATE: Remains of missing three-year old found

The body of a missing three-year-old girl in Jacksonville, North Carolina, may have been found, according to police.

Little Mariah Woods was reported missing early Monday morning. On Saturday, the case took a devastating turn when the FBI announced that an arrest had been made in the case, and that they believed the child was deceased.

Now, another terrible turn in the case as investigators have recovered a body in a creek which they believed to be 3-year-old Mariah. In a statement, the FBI Charlotte branch confirmed that investigators had discovered the remains in Shelter Creek in Pender County, North Carolina, according to FOX News.

Kristy Hunter, the mother of the child reported Mariah as missing around 6 a.m. Monday morning. She said she last saw the child when she checked on her in bed at 11 p.m. Sunday night. Hunter's boyfriend, Earl Kimrey, 32, claimed he saw the little girl around midnight when she woke up, and said he told her to go back to bed.

Police said there was no sign of forced entry and no signs of a struggle in the home.

Friday night, Earl Kimrey was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies in connection with Mariah’s disappearance. According to arrest warrants filed in Onslow County, Kimrey is charged with obstruction of justice and concealing the child's death, and states that he failed to notify authorities of Mariah's death, secretly disposing of her body, knowing she did not die of natural causes.

Positive confirmation of the remains still has to be made by the medical examiner's office.

Colbert’s anti-Trump rant includes special request of Britain (video)

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 04:27 PM PST

One CBS host is so worked up over President Trump’s opposition to radical islamic terrorism that he wants to move to Britain.

Friday night, Stephen Colbert, host of “The Late Show,” launched into another tirade against President Trump, mocking Trump for recently re-tweeting “anti-Muslim” videos from a conservative group in Britain called “Britain First,” who has worked to expose the dangers of immigration into Europe from the Middle East.

Colbert referred to British Prime Minister Theresa May, who called Trump’s “anti-Muslim” retweets “wrong.”

Trump had tweeted back to May, “.@Theresa_May, don't focus on me, focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism that is taking place within the United Kingdom. We are doing just fine!”

There Colbert went off on a mocking tangent, declaring, “Don’t believe him, England, we need your help! Take us back! We’ll be good! We’ll drink tea!”

3 bizarre animal stories from across the country

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 04:19 PM PST

A number of strange stories have circulated in the media this week. From tipsy animals to escape artists, these stories illustrate the lighter side of the news cycle.

Oh, deer…

Enterprise Middle School, a rural Mississippi school located east of Jackson, had a wild visitor on Wednesday morning. As students were arriving for the day, a deer darted through two hallways.

Principal Marlon Brannan says it was unusual to see a deer on campus, but the doe had been grazing on a playground that morning. He said the deer was “moving full-throttle" as it ran down two tile hallways, before sliding out an open door before escaping into the woods.

“It was pretty hilarious to see how the students responded and the funny expressions on people’s faces. I’ve been the principal at this school for 10 years and it’s never happened before,” Enterprise Elementary School Principal Steven Gunn said.

Startled students were forced to jump out of the way, but luckily no people were injured. Unfortunately, the doe bloodied its nose when it jumped and hit a window three times.

Drunk as a …. possum?

An opossum made its way into a liquor store in Okaloosa Island, Florida and availed itself of the opportunity to sample the merchandise.

Michelle Pettis, a wildlife health technician at the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge, said a employee from Cash's Liquor Store discovered the animal next to a broken and empty bottle of alcohol last week.

She said the opossum was “up on a shelf next to a cracked open bottle of liquor with nothing in it."

Pettis continued, "Assuming the opossum drank it all, he brought her to us, and we looked over her and she definitely wasn't fully acting normal."

The opossum appeared disoriented, was excessively salivating and appeared to be pale. The marsupial was quickly attended to, with staff offering less intoxicating liquids.

"We loaded her up with fluids to help flush out any alcohol toxins," Pettis said. "She was good a couple of days later and was released Thursday night."

Pettis said the drunken opossum was a first for her.

The store’s owner, Cash Moore, said the opossum had been drinking bourbon.

"She came in from the outside and was up in the rafters, and when she came through she knocked a bottle of liquor off the shelf," Moore said. "When she got down on the floor she drank the whole damn bottle."

Beagle on the loose!

Isle Of Wight County Animal Shelter in Windsor, Virginia is assuming that the beagle they found escaped from its owners home. The clever canine, named Buttermilk, is an escape artist who managed to climb a wire fence, her daring deed caught on camera.

The shelter posted the escape video on Facebook, but were quick to inform followers that Buttermilk was not harmed “in the making of this video.”

“Whoever adopts this cutie is going to need to keep a regular eye on her! She may be tiny but she is MIGHTY and has super climbing powers!” they wrote.

Buttermilk was reportedly moved into a different style kennel to prevent further adventures.

U.S. sends fighter jets to South Korea for joint war exercise

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 03:55 PM PST

The United States and South Korea are about to put on a joint, massive show of force, right under the nose of North Korea, which will take place just days after North Korea shot off an intercontinental ballistic missile that was estimated to be capable of reaching anywhere in the United States.

After news of North Korea’s missile launch reached President Trump, he said simply, “We’ll take care of it.”

In November it was announced that the U.S. military would be sending the most advanced aircraft in its arsenal to join South Korea in a massive exercise featuring at least 230 warplanes.

The “war games” drill, dubbed Vigilant Ace, scheduled for December 4-8, will involve U.S. military from the Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps, including six F-22 Raptors and three or four F-35 Joint Strike Fighters.

Over 12,000 U.S. personnel are expected to be involved in the exercise, working from eight U.S. and South Korean military locations.

South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency reported Saturday that the six U.S. stealth fighter jets have arrived in South Korea to participate in next week’s joint drills, in the show of force against North Korea.

They are capable of accurately hitting key targets without being detected by an enemy’s radar. It will be the first time for six F-22 stealth fighter planes to fly over South Korea at one time.

The U.S. also plans to send F-35A and F-35B stealth jets, F-16C fighter planes and others including an unspecified number of B-1B bombers.

The South Korean Air Force will dispatch F-15K, KF-16 and F-5 fighter jets and other planes for the exercises with about 230 aircraft at eight U.S. and South Korean military installations being mobilized.

The allies plan to stage simulated attacks on mock North Korean nuclear and missile targets and transporter erector launchers that move the North’s missiles, it said.

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said on Wednesday, "We have never sought war with North Korea, and still today we do not seek it. If war does come, it will be because of continued acts of aggression like we witnessed yesterday. And if war comes, make no mistake, the North Korean regime will be utterly destroyed."

The following new video explains concerns about North Korea’s latest missile launch. Officials said Saturday that the missile likely did not survive re-entry into the earth’s atmosphere, but they believe North Korea will continue to make modifications to correct that problem.

Meanwhile, Vigilant Ace is about to begin.

Reporter suspended over false report regarding Flynn

Posted: 02 Dec 2017 03:24 PM PST

ABC News has announced it will suspend Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross for four weeks without pay, "effective immediately," according to the Associated Press and FOX News.

Ross’s suspension comes after he botched an “exclusive” about President Donald J. Trump and former national security adviser Michael Flynn. The explosive report was given by Ross shortly after former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to FBI agents about his contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

According to Ross, a Flynn confidant had revealed, "[Flynn] is prepared to testify that President Trump, as a candidate … ordered him, directed him to make contact with the Russians."

The announcement caused the Dow to fall more than 350 points before recovering. It closed at only 41 points lower than when it opened.

They later corrected the report to indicate that the instruction came after Trump was elected, a significant detail because after the election, President Trump would have been preparing to begin his administration. According to Ty Cobb, a White House lawyer, the presidential transition guide "specifically encourages contact with and outreach to foreign dignitaries."

In the initial "clarification," Ross reported on ABC News' "World News Tonight" on Friday:

“A clarification tonight on something one of Flynn's confidants told us and we reported earlier today. He said the president had asked Flynn to contact Russia during the campaign. He's now clarifying that, saying according to Flynn, candidate Trump asked him during the campaign to find ways to repair relations with Russia and other hot spots, and then after the election, the President-elect asked him, told him to contact Russia on issues, including working together to fight ISIS."

That clarification turned into a correction on Twitter as well as an update to their original article.

"It is vital we get the story right and retain the trust we have built with our audience – these are our core principles. We fell far short of that yesterday," the network said in a statement on Saturday. "Effective immediately, Brian Ross will be suspended for four weeks without pay."
