Saeb Erekat, secretary-general of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), said the US administration is not acting as an honest broker. President Donald Trump is threatening to "starve Palestinian children in refugee camps and deny them their natural rights to health and education, if we do not endorse his terms and dictations," Erekat said.

LONDON: Iranian opposition leaders in the UK are "disgusted" at the failure of British politicians, including Prime Minister Theresa May and Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn to condemn regime brutality as the death toll continues to climb seven days after protests began in Iran.
"Both the prime minister and the opposition party here have stayed completely silent when Iranian youth are being slaughtered in the streets of Iran," said Laila Jazayeri, director of the Association of Anglo-Iranian Women in the UK.
"It is outrageous and not acceptable."

"We have contributed and sacrificed the most in fighting international terrorism," Lodhi said in response to Haley saying the US would continue to withhold $255 million in assistance to Pakistan until the country became a better partner in the war on terror.
"US spokespersons should not shift the blame for their own mistakes and failures onto others," Lodhi added.
