Luigi Feliciano was born in [[Alabang, Muntinlupa City]] on January 6, 1992. He is currently domiciled in the the Municipality of [[San Pedro]] in the Province of [[Laguna]]. His mother, Georgina Gonzales Feliciano is a dedicated mother while his father is a Customs [[Broker]]. He has a younger sibling named Beah Nicole who currently lives with her parents. Feliciano is currently residing in [[Pasay City]] in [[Metro Manila]] for his studies.

In 1995, Feliciano enrolled in [[Jesus the Risen Savour School-De La Salle University]] to take up his primary education. After he finished his primary education, he matriculated in [[St. Therese of the Child Jesus School]] in [[Laguna]] to take up his secondary education. In year [[2008]], he took the entrance examination in [[Colegio de San Juan de Letran]] in [[Intramuros, Manila]] which he passed. Then he took up [[Bachelor of Arts]] major in [[Political Science]]. During his four year stay in [[Letran]], he took the job of being an assistant in the office of Senator [[Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr.]]. In 2012, he graduated from [[San Juan de Letran]] and he took the entrance examination for the Faculty of Civil Law in [[University of Santo Tomas]] which he passed and immediately enrolled in the course of Law in the University.
